Red Raider HC | St Francis High School

I am pleased to share important and exciting developments for our hockey programs at St. Francis High School and the Red Raiders Hockey Club. We are proud to announce the formation of a U18 AAA team composed entirely of St. Francis student-athletes. This team will be coached by Nik Fattey ’97, with assistant coaches Erik Urbank and Lucas Herrmann. Representing the Buffalo Regals organization, the team is New York State tournament-bound and is scheduled to travel to Europe during the 2026-27 season. This initiative continues our commitment to providing one of the premier AAA and prep-level hockey experiences available to student-athletes in Western New York.

St. Francis hockey remains a competitive member of the Midwest Prep Hockey League (MPHL) and the Great Lakes Prep Hockey League (GLPHL), and with this new U18 AAA team sanctioning, we are now positioned to compete at the highest levels of AAA hockey in Buffalo.

Additionally, the Red Raiders Hockey Club will field a tournament-bound U16 AA team, coached by Jordan Farnham and assisted by Jack Panek and Joe Conigilio ’00. This squad will compete in the Western New York Amateur Hockey League (WNYAHL) while maintaining our strong emphasis on comprehensive player development.

These enhancements reflect our ongoing dedication to academic and athletic excellence, offering our student-athletes exceptional opportunities to grow both on and off the ice.We look forward to an outstanding season ahead and appreciate your continued support of Red Raider hockey.
